A Cape Cod native, Tory grew up in Barnstable, Massachusetts and earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wellesley College before moving to Austin, Texas, where she studied Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine. She is nationally board-certified by the NCCAOM and licensed in Massachusetts. After completing her training, Tory returned home to Cape Cod, where she now practices and is raising her family.

Her background in psychology continues to shape the way she practices Chinese medicine. Tory believes physical and emotional health are deeply connected and that feeling heard and understood is an important part of healing. Her treatments are gentle and individualized, looking beyond individual symptoms to understand the whole picture. She works with women’s health, pain, stress and anxiety, sleep, digestive health, and overall wellness, and her ongoing study of the classical foundations of Chinese medicine continues to deepen the way she understands the connections between a patient’s symptoms and emotions.

Tory’s relationship with Chinese medicine deepened profoundly through pregnancy and motherhood. She experienced firsthand its ability to support morning sickness, preparation for labor, mastitis and lactation challenges, postpartum recovery, and the many transitions of motherhood. These experiences shaped her growing focus on women’s health and her belief in an integrative approach to supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Tory’s longtime interest in holistic skincare has also grown into a love of facial acupuncture. She approaches facial rejuvenation through the same whole-person lens, combining acupuncture and facial techniques to support a healthy complexion and vibrant well-being.
